心肾不交型围绝经期失眠患者采用针刺与天王补心丹联合治疗的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的探究针刺联合天王补心丹治疗心肾不交型围绝经期失眠患者的疗效。方法回顾性选取2023年1月—2024年3月在枝江市中医医院就诊的100例心肾不交型围绝经期失眠患者的临床资料,以不同治疗方式分组,每组50例。单一组采用天王补心丹治疗,联合组在单一组的基础上联合针刺治疗。对比两组睡眠质量、中医证候积分、治疗效果。结果治疗后,联合组睡眠质量与中医证候积分均优于单一组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,联合组治疗有效率为96.00%(48/50)高于单一组的82.00%(41/50),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.005,P<0.05)。结论与单独使用天王补心丹相比,针刺联合天王补心丹治疗心肾不交型围绝经期失眠能更有效地提升患者的睡眠质量,降低中医证候评分,并提高治疗有效率。Objective To explore the curative effect of acupuncture combined with Tianwang Buxin Dan in the treatment of perimenopausal insomnia patients with heart-kidney disharmony.Methods The clinical data of 100 patients with perimenopausal insomnia of heart-kidney disharmony type who were treated in Zhijiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2023 to March 2024 were retrospectively selected and grouped by different treatment methods,with 50 cases in each group.The single group was treated with Tianwang Buxin Dan,and the combined group was treated with acupuncture on the basis of the combined group.The sleep quality,TCM syndrome score and treatment effect of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the sleep quality and TCM syndrome scores of the combined group were better than those of the single group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the effective rate of the combined group was 96.00%(48/50),which was higher than 82.00%(41/50)of the single group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.005,P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the use of Tianwang Buxin Dan alone,acupuncture combined with Tianwang Buxin Dan in the treatment of perimenopausal insomnia of heart-kidney disharmony type can more effectively improve the sleep quality of patients,reduce the TCM syndrome score,and improve the treatment efficiency.
