摘　　要：食管闭锁术后吻合口狭窄是儿童食管外科领域的一个重要问题,不仅影响患儿的喂养和营养吸收,还可能导致生长发育的迟缓。目前,球囊扩张术作为主要治疗手段,已广泛应用于临床实践。本文探讨了儿童食管闭锁术后吻合口狭窄的诱因,阐述了球囊扩张术的治疗原理与手术操作关键。同时,本文还全面分析了影响球囊扩张术疗效的诸多因素。近年来,随着技术的不断进步,球囊材料与设计方面的革新已显著提升了手术的安全性和有效性。最新的临床研究也进一步证实了球囊扩张术在改善手术效果、降低并发症方面的积极作用。随着该技术的不断完善与创新,其在食管狭窄治疗领域的应用将更加广泛与深入。Anastomotic stenosis after esophageal atresia is an important problem in the field of pediatric esophageal surgery.It not only affects the feeding and nutrient absorption of children,but also may lead to growth retardation.At present,balloon dilatation,as the main treatment method,has been widely used in clinical practice.This paper discusses the causes of anastomotic stenosis after esophageal atresia in children,and elaborates the treatment principle and key operation of balloon dilatation.At the same time,this paper also comprehensively analyzed many factors affecting the efficacy of balloon dilatation.In recent years,with the continuous advancement of technology,innovations in balloon materials and design have significantly improved the safety and effectiveness of surgery.The latest clinical studies have further confirmed the positive role of balloon dilatation in improving surgical outcomes and reducing complications.With the continuous improvement and innovation of this technology,its application in the field of esophageal stenosis treatment will be more extensive and in-depth.
