数字经济与绿色技术创新协调发展对碳金融的影响研究

摘　　要：在构建高质量现代化经济体系的进程中,加快碳金融的发展对于促进经济高质量发展至关重要。本研究基于2013—2022年中国省际面板数据,运用固定效应模型和中介效应模型,实证检验了数字经济与绿色技术创新协调发展对碳金融的影响。研究结果表明:第一,数字经济与绿色技术创新协调发展对中国碳金融发展具有显著的正向影响;第二,数字经济与绿色技术创新协调发展促进碳金融的影响机制在于推动产业结构的优化升级;第三,数字经济与绿色技术创新协调发展对碳金融的影响呈现区域异质性,即在东部和中部地区表现为促进作用,在西部地区表现为抑制作用。建议通过设立专项资金、加强配额管理、完善碳交易市场等方式促进数字经济与绿色技术创新协调发展和产业结构优化升级,推动绿色低碳经济发展。Accelerating the development of carbon finance is critical for promoting high-quality economic growth during the construction of a modern economic system.Based on provincial panel data from China spanning 2013 to 2022,this study employs fixed-effects and mediation-effects models to empirically examine the impact of the coordinated development of the digital economy and green technology innovation on carbon finance.The findings reveal the following:Firstly,the coordinated development of the digital economy and green technology innovation has a significant positive effect on the development of carbon finance in China.Secondly,this impact is mediated by the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure,which serves as a key mechanism linking the coordinated development to carbon finance growth.Thirdly,the effects exhibit regional heterogeneity,with a promoting effect observed in eastern and central regions,but a restraining effect in western regions.To advance the coordinated development of the digital economy and green technology innovation and foster the growth of a green,low-carbon economy,it is recommended to establish dedicated funds,implement quota management systems,and strengthen carbon trading markets,among other strategies.
