摘  要:新时代青年干部是党的伟大事业的接班人,是实现中华民族伟大复兴的先锋力量。在改革开放、全球一体化以及数字信息化等多重时代浪潮的共同影响下,当代青年干部拥有受教育水平整体高、竞争意识强、国际化视野宽以及追求创新、勇于创造等特性。为了更好地帮助青年干部成长成才,党和国家要从内、外双向开展队伍建设。从内部路径来看,青年干部要以“五个自觉”为行动指南,苦练内功;从外部路径来看,党组织要充分结合青年干部特性,完善选拔任用、奖惩激励、文化教育及监督管理等机制,为青年干部的成长保驾护航。Young cadres in the new era are the successors of the Party’s great rejuvenation cause and a vanguard force in achieving the prosperity and development of the Chinese nation.Influenced by multiple waves of reform and opening up,the market economy,global integration,and digital informatization,contemporary young cadres exhibit characteristics such as higher educational attainment,a strong sense of competition,an international perspective,a drive for innovation,and the courage to create.However,these characteristics also present certain dualities.To better support the growth and development of young cadres,the Party and the state should undertake team building through both internal and external approaches.Internally,young cadres should take the“Five Self-Consciousnesses”as their action guide and focus on self-improvement.Externally,the Party organization should align with the specific characteristics of young cadres by improving systems for selection and appointment,incentives and discipline,education and training,and supervision and management,thereby safeguarding their growth and fostering their development into capable talents.
