摘  要:在铁路客站日益增长的背景下,“站城融合”迅速成为车站地区规划建设新理念。研究认为“站城融合”是多因素共同作用下可能呈现的发展趋势,并不是每个车站的必然结果。首先,客观分析“站城融合”的动力机制,纠正“逢站必城”误区,提出车站地区应在综合分析客流规模、客群结构、区域价值、片区定位、开发机制等的基础上进行理性判断。其次,以长三角城市群50个枢纽为研究对象,基于长期跟踪和实践观察,总结“站”与“城”融合发展的5大影响因素和实践误区。最后,以典型车站剖析新建客站和老客站两种“站城融合”发展类型,思考“站城融合”理念下的规划应对重点,以期为枢纽地区高质量规划和建设提供参考。Against the backdrop of the growing number of railway stations,"station-city integration"has swiftly become a new concept in station area planning.This paper sees it as a potential development trend,not an inevitable outcome for every station.First,this paper objectively analyzes the driving mechanisms of"integrating the station with the city",correcting the misconception that every station must become a city.Station areas should make rational decisions based on a scientific analysis of passenger flow,demographics,regional value,urban positioning,and development mechanisms.Secondly,focusing on 50 hubs in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration,the paper summarizes five major influencing factors and practical misconceptions of station-city integration.Lastly,through case studies of new and old stations,the paper explores planning responses under the"station-city integration"concept,aiming to provide guidance for high-quality planning and construction in hub areas.
