摘  要:目的分析糖尿病足予以胫骨横向骨搬运技术的治疗效果和对转化生长因子β1(transforming growth factorβ1,TGF-β1)及其受体表达的影响。方法非随机选取2022年1月—2024年2月黔东南苗族侗族自治州人民医院收治的92例糖尿病足患者为研究对象,按治疗方法不同分为两组,各46例。研究组予以胫骨横向骨搬运技术,对照组予以皮瓣手术疗法,分析两组的不良预后发生率、临床指标及对TGF-β1和其受体表达的影响。结果研究组的不良预后发生率为13.0%(6/46),低于对照组的32.6%(15/46),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.998,P<0.05)。研究组的各项临床指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组的TGF-β1及其受体蛋白表达水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论糖尿病足予以胫骨横向骨搬运技术可降低不良预后风险,提高转化生长因子β1及其受体的表达水平,有助于创面愈合。Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of transverse tibial bone transport technique for diabetic foot and the influence of transforming growth factorβ1(TGF-β1)and its receptor expression.Methods A total of ninetytwo patients with diabetic foot admitted to Qiandongnan Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture People's Hospital from January 2022 to February 2024 were non-randomly selected as the research objects and divided into two groups with forty-six cases in each group according to different treatment methods.The study group was treated with transverse tibial bone transfer technique,and the control group was treated with flap surgery.The incidence of adverse prognosis,clinical indicators and the influence on TGF-β1 and its receptor expression in the two groups were analyzed.Results The incidence of adverse prognosis in the study group was 13.0%(6/46),lower than 32.6%(15/46)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.998,P<0.05).The clinical indexes of the study group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The expression levels of TGF-β1 and its receptor protein in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Transverse tibial bone transport in diabetic foot can reduce the risk of poor prognosis,increase the expression of transforming growth factorβ1 and its receptor,and contribute to wound healing.
