摘  要:目的探究脑梗死偏瘫患者早期康复训练对神经功能改善的效果,以及对磷脂酰肌醇-3-激酶/苏氨酸激酶(phosphatidylinositol-3-kinase/threonine kinase,PI3K/AKT)信号通路的影响。方法非随机选取2022年1月—2024年3月盱眙县人民医院收治的108例脑梗死偏瘫患者为研究对象,根据治疗方法不同分为两组。对照组54例行常规干预,研究组54例开展早期康复训练。比较两组神经功能、PI3K及AKT水平、血管内皮生长因子、脑源性神经营养因子、肢体运动功能、生活质量、日常自理能力。结果干预后研究组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分为(7.31±1.01)分,少于对照组的(9.84±1.06)分,差异有统计学意义(t=12.698,P<0.05)。干预后研究组PI3K、AKT、血管内皮生长因子、脑源性神经营养因子、肢体运动功能评定量表、生活质量自评量表、日常生活活动量表得分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论早期康复训练可以促进脑梗死偏瘫患者神经功能恢复,改善PI3K/AKT信号通路。Objective To explore the effect of early rehabilitation training on the improvement of neurological function in patients with cerebral infarction and hemiplegia,and its effect on Phosphatidylinositol-3-kinase/threonine kinase(PI3K/AKT)signaling pathway.Methods 108 patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia in Xuyi People's Hospital from January 2022 and March 2024 were non-randomly selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups according to different treatment.The control group(n=54)received routine intervention,while the study group(n=54)received early rehabilitation training.The neurological function,PI3K,AKT,vascular endothelial growth factor,brain derived neurotrophic factor,motor function,quality of life,daily self-care ability were compared.Results The National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale score of the study group after the intervention group was 7.31±1.01,less than 9.84±1.06 in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=12.698,P<0.05).After intervention,the levels of PI3K and AKT,vascular endothelial growth factor,brain derived neurotrophic factor,Fugl-Meyer Assessment Scale,Short Form 36 Questionnaire,Activity of Daily Living score of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation training can promote the recovery of neurological function and improve the PI3K/AKT signaling pathway in patients with hemiplegia after cerebral infarction.
