软坚散结中药汤剂治疗肺结节的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析在肺结节患者的治疗中采取软坚散结中药汤剂治疗的效果。方法非随机选取2021年1月—2023年1月长春市中医院收治的102例肺结节患者为研究对象,按治疗方法不同分为两组,每组51例。对照组采用雾化吸入硫酸沙丁胺醇+口服莫西沙星治疗,观察组采用口服软坚散结中药汤剂治疗。对比两组治疗效果、结节数量及直径、中医症候积分及不良反应发生情况。结果与对照组86.27%(44/51)相比,观察组治疗总有效率98.04%(50/51)较高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.883,P<0.05)。与对照组相比,观察组肺结节数量较少,肺结节直径较小,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组各项中医症候评分较高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组不良反应总发生率较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论软坚散结中药汤剂治疗肺结节的效果显著,能够有效缩减肺结节的直径,减少其数量,且安全性较高。Objective To analyze the effect of soft firm scattered knot traditional Chinese medicine decoction in the treatment of patients with pulmonary nodules.Methods From January 2021 to January 2023,102 patients with pulmonary nodules admitted to Changchun Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were non-randomly selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,with 51 cases in each group.The control group was treated with aerosol inhalation of salbutamol sulfate+oral moxifloxacin,and the observation group was treated with oral soft firm scattered knot decoction.The therapeutic effect,number and diameter of nodules,TCM symptom score and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with 86.27%(44/51)in the control group,the therapeutic effect 98.04%(50/51)was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.883,P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the number of pulmonary nodules was less and the diameter of the observed group was smal,the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The TCM syndrome scores in the observation group was higher,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The overall incidence of adverse reactions was higher in the observation group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of soft firm scattered knot traditional Chinese medicine decoction in the treatment of pulmonary nodules is significant,which can effectively reduce the diameter of pulmonary nodules and reduce their number,and has high safety.
