MP-IgG、MP-DNA、MP-IgM联合诊断儿童支原体肺炎的临床意义

摘  要:目的探究肺炎支原体免疫球蛋白G抗体(mycoplasma pneumoniae immunoglobulin gantibody,MP-IgG)、肺炎支原体脱氧核糖核酸抗体(mycoplasma pneumoniae deoxyribonucleic acid,MP-DNA)、肺炎支原体免疫球蛋白M抗体(mycoplasma pneumoniae immunoglobulin mantibody,MP-IgM)联合诊断儿童支原体肺炎的临床意义。方法非随机选取2023年10月—2024年4月盐城市大丰人民医院收治的60例疑似儿童支原体肺炎患儿作为研究对象,所有患儿均行MP-IgG、MP-DNA、MP-IgM检测,以综合诊断(查体、实验室检查、影像学检查)结果为金标准,对比MP-IgG、MP-DNA、MP-IgM单一检测及联合检测的准确度、特异度、灵敏度。结果综合诊断结果显示,儿童支原体肺炎患儿55例,非感染患儿5例。MP-IgG+MP-IgM+MP-DNA联合检测的准确度、特异度、灵敏度均高于三种指标单一检测,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。联合检测的准确度为95.00%(57/60)、特异度为80.00%(4/5)、灵敏度为96.36%(53/55)。结论在儿童支原体肺炎的临床诊断中,与MPIgG、MP-DNA、MP-IgM单一检测相比,联合诊断的诊断效能更高,可为针对性治疗提供有效支撑。Objective To explore mycoplasma pneumoniae immunoglobulin gantibody(MP-IgG),mycoplasma pneumoniae deoxyribonucleic acid(MP-DNA)combined with mycoplasma pneumoniae immunoglobulin mantibody(MPIgM)in the diagnosis of mycoplasma pneumonia in children.Methods A total of sixty children with suspected mycoplasma pneumonia treated in Yancheng Dafeng People's Hospital from October 2023 to April 2024 were non-randomly selected as the study objects.MP-IgG,MP-DNA and MP-IgM were detected in all the children.Comprehensive diagnosis(physical examination,laboratory examination and imaging examination)results were used as the gold standard.The accuracy,specificity and sensitivity of single and combined detection of MP-IgG,MP-DNA and MP-IgM were compared.Results The comprehensive diagnosis showed that there were fifty-five children with mycoplasma pneumonia and five children without infection.The accuracy,specificity and sensitivity of the combined detection of MP-IgG+MP-IgM+MP-DNA were higher than those of the single detection of the three indexes,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The accuracy,specificity and sensitivity of the combined detection were 95.00%(57/60),80.00%(4/5)and 96.36%(53/55).Conclusion In the clinical diagnosis of mycoplasma pneumonia in children,compared with the single detection of MP-IgG,MP-DNA and MP-IgM,the combined diagnosis is more effective.
