摘　　要：目的研究B型钠尿肽检验在急性心肌梗死患者中的诊断价值。方法回顾性选取2022年1月—2023年12月太仓市中医医院收治的51例急性心肌梗死患者的临床资料作为研究组,再选取同期在本院接受健康体检的51名体检者作为比较组。对比两组研究对象以及不同病情程度患者的B型钠尿肽水平,分析B型钠尿肽水平的诊断价值。结果研究组B型钠尿肽水平为(505.25±43.06)pg/mL,高于比较组的(50.11±4.21)pg/mL,差异有统计学意义(t=75.126,P<0.05)。重度急性心肌梗死患者B型钠尿肽水平高于轻度患者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B型钠尿肽检验诊断准确度为95.10%(97/102)。灵敏度为96.08%(49/51),特异度为94.12%(48/51),Kappa=0.902。结论B型钠尿肽检验在急性心肌梗死患者中的诊断价值较高,可为病情程度判断提供参考。Objective To study the diagnostic value of B-type natriuretic peptide test in patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods The clinical data of fifity-one patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to Taicang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to December 2023 were retrospectively selected as the study group,and fifty-one heathy individuals who received physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as the comparison group.The levels of B-type natriuretic peptide in the two groups of subjects and patients with different degrees of illness were compared,and the diagnostic value of B-type natriuretic peptide levels was analyzed.Results The level of B-type natriuretic peptide in the study group was(505.25±43.06)pg/mL,higher than the comparison group(50.11±4.21)pg/mL,and the difference was statistically significant(t=75.126,P<0.05).The level of B-type natriuretic peptide in patients with severe acute myocardial infarction was higher than that in patients with mild acute myocardial infarction(P<0.05).The diagnostic accuracy of B-type natriuretic peptide test was 95.10%(97/102).The sensitivity was 96.08%(49/51),the specificity was 94.12%(48/51),and Kappa=0.902.Conclusion The diagnostic value of B-type natriuretic peptide test in patients with acute myocardial infarction is high,which can provide reference for judging the severity of the disease.
