环磷腺苷与沙库巴曲缬沙坦联合治疗急性左心衰患者的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨环磷腺苷联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗急性左心衰患者的疗效。方法非随机选取深圳精诚医疗集团如皋医院于2022年11月—2024年2月收治的82例急性左心衰患者为研究对象,按照治疗方式不同分为两组,各41例。对照组采取沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗,观察组采取环磷腺苷联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗。比较两组治疗效果、心功能、C反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)与高胱氨酸(homocystine,Hcy)水平、不良反应。结果在有效率方面,观察组为97.56%(40/41),高于对照组的80.49%(33/41),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.493,P<0.05)。观察组心功能指标、CRP、Hcy水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论联用环磷腺苷与沙库巴曲缬沙坦可改善急性左心衰患者的心功能和炎症状态,降低Hcy水平,且不增加不良反应风险。Objective To investigate the efficacy of adenosine cyclophosphate combined with sacubitril+valsartan in patients with acute left heart failure.Methods A total of eighty-two patients with acute left heart failure admitted to Rugao Hospital of Shenzhen Jingcheng Medical Group from November 2022 to February 2024 were non-ranclomly selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,with fortyone cases each.The control group was treated with sacubitril+valsartan,the observation group received combination of adenosine cyclophosphate and sacubitril+valsartan.The therapeutic efficacy,cardiac function,levels of C-reactive protein(CRP)and homocystine(Hcy),and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results In terms of effective rate,the observation group was 97.56%(40/41),higher than 80.49%(33/41)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.493,P<0.05).The cardiac function index,levels of CRP and Hcy in the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in total incidence of adverse reactions between two group(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of adenosine cyclophosphorus and sacubactril valsartan can improve cardiac function and inflammation in patients with acute left heart failure,reduce Hcy levels,and do not increase the risk of adverse reactions.
