摘 要:目的分析上呼吸道感染实施降钙素原、超敏C反应蛋白早期诊断的价值。方法非随机选取2023年6—12月淄博市妇幼保健院收治的80例疑似上呼吸道感染患儿作为研究对象。将培养法作为金标准,并在入院后行单独降钙素原检测、单独超敏C反应蛋白检测,而后联合实施两项检测,比较三项检测的诊断效能。结果80例疑似患者检测中,细菌培养有75例为阳性,5例为阴性;综合检测75例为阳性,5例阴性;超敏C反应蛋白60例阳性,20例阴性;降钙素原检测59例阳性,21例阴性。三项检测的特异度均为100.00%(5/5)。综合检测的敏感度为100.00%(75/75),准确度为100.00%(80/80),高于降钙素原检测的78.67%(59/75)、80.00%(64/80),也高于超敏C蛋白检测的80.00%(60/75)、81.25%(65/80),三者比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=17.910,17.778,P均<0.05)。结论降钙素原、超敏C反应蛋白相结合后能提升阳性检出率,对上呼吸道感染做出准确鉴别,值得临床借鉴。Objective To analyze the value of procalcitonin and hypersensitive C-reactive protein in early diagnosis of upper respiratory tract infection.Methods A total of eighty children with suspected upper respiratory tract infection from June to December 2023 in Zibo Maternal and Child Health Hospital were non-randomly selected as the study objects.The culture method was used as the gold standard,and the single procalcitonin test and the single hypersensitive C-reactive protein test were performed after admission,and then the two tests were combined to compare the diagnostic efficacy of the three tests.Results Among the eighty suspected patients,seventy-five were positive and five were negative.Comprehensive test was positive in seventy-five cases and negative in five cases.Hypersensitive C-reactive protein was positive in sixty cases and negative in twenty cases.The procalcitonin test was positive in fifty-nine cases and negative in twenty-one cases.The specificity of all three tests was 100.00%(5/5).The sensitivity and accuracy of comprehensive detection were 100.00%(75/75)and 100.00%(80/80),higher than 78.67%(59/75)and 80.00%(64/80)of procalcitonin detection,and higher than 80.00%(60/75)and 81.25%(65/80)of hypersensitive C protein detection,the differences were statistically significant among the three detection methods(χ^(2)=17.910,17.778,both P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of procalcitonin and hypersensitive C-reactive protein can improve the positive detection rate and make accurate identification of upper respiratory tract infection,which is worth clinical reference.
