沐舒坦在小儿支原体肺炎治疗中的临床有效性分析

摘　　要：目的探究沐舒坦在小儿支原体肺炎治疗中的临床有效性。方法非随机选取2023年2月—2024年2月商河县人民医院收治的168例肺炎患儿作为研究对象。按治疗方法不同分为两组,各84例。参比组采取常规治疗,研究组采取常规治疗结合沐舒坦治疗。对比两组的疗效、症状消除时间、住院时间以及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组治疗总有效率为97.62%(82/84),高于参比组的80.95%(68/84),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=12.196,P<0.05)。研究组发热消除时间、哮鸣音消除时间、肺啰音消除时间、气促缓解时间、住院时间均短于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组不良反应总发生率低于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肺炎患儿采取常规治疗联合沐舒坦治疗可强化患儿整体疗效,加快患儿恢复,且安全性高。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of mucosolvan in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children.Methods A total of 168 children with pneumonia admitted to Shanghe County People's Hospital from February 2023 to February 2024 were non-randomly selected as the study subjects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into two groups,84 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with routine treatment,and the study group was treated with routine treatment combined with mucosolvan.The efficacy,symptom elimination time,hospitalization time and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 97.62%(82/84),which was higher than 80.95%(68/84)in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=12.196,P<0.05).The fever elimination time,wheezing sound elimination time,lung rale elimination time,shortness of breath relief time and hospitalization time in the study group were shorter than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Routine treatment combined with mucosolvan in children with pneumonia can strengthen the overall efficacy of children,accelerate the recovery of children,and have high safety.
