穿支皮瓣在颜面部皮肤肿瘤切除术后创面修复中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的评估穿支皮瓣在颜面部皮肤肿瘤切除术后创面修复中的应用效果。方法非随机选取2019年10月—2022年12月贵州省人民医院收治的60例颜面部皮肤肿瘤患者为研究对象。按治疗方法分为两组,每组30例,前额皮瓣修复组接受前额皮瓣修复,穿支皮瓣修复组接受穿支皮瓣修复。比较两组手术指标、并发症及美学效果优良度。结果穿支皮瓣修复组手术指标优于前额皮瓣修复组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。穿支皮瓣修复组术后并发症发生率低于前额皮瓣修复组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。穿支皮瓣修复组美学效果优良度为93.33%(28/30),高于前额皮瓣修复组的73.33%(22/30),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.320,P<0.05)。结论颜面部皮肤肿瘤切除术中使用穿支皮瓣修复效果更好,并发症更少,美学效果方面也表现出更优异的结果。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of perforator flaps in postoperative wound repair after facial skin tumor excision.Methods Sixty patients with facial skin tumors admitted to Guizhou Provincial People's Hospital from October 2019 to December 2022 were non-randomly selected as study subjects.They were divided into two groups according to the treatment method,with thirty cases in each group,the forehead flap repair group received forehead flap repair,and the perforator flap repair group received perforator flap repair.The two groups were compared in terms of surgical indexes,complications and excellent aesthetic results.Results The surgical indexes of the perforator flap repair group were better than those of the prefrontal flap repair group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the perforator flap repair group was lower than that in the prefrontal flap repair group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent aesthetic result of 93.33%(28/30)in the perforator flap repair group was higher than 73.33%(22/30)in the prefrontal flap repair group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.320,P<0.05).Conclusion The use of perforator flap repair in facial skin tumor resection is more effective,has fewer complications,and shows superior results in terms of aesthetic outcome.
