宫腔镜手术在黏膜下子宫肌瘤患者中的应用效果及对并发症发生率的影响评价

摘　　要：目的分析宫腔镜手术治疗黏膜下子宫肌瘤的临床疗效。方法非随机选取2017年8月—2023年10月苏州市中西医结合医院收治的72例子宫黏膜下肌瘤患者为研究对象,按治疗方式分为两组,每组36例。对照组行腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除手术,观察组使用经阴道宫腔镜子宫黏膜下肌瘤电切除术。比较两组的临床疗效、手术指标、并发症发生率、性激素水平。结果两组的临床疗效对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组的性激素水平和手术指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。对照组并发症发生率为22.22%(8/36),高于观察组的5.56%(2/36),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.181,P<0.05)。结论黏膜下子宫肌瘤患者选择宫腔镜手术治疗,可缩短手术时间及阴道排液时间,预后良好。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of hysteroscopic surgery on submucous uterine myoma.Methods Seventy-two patients with uterine submucous myoma treated in Suzhou Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital from August 2017 to October 2023 were non-randomly selected as research object and divided into two groups according to treatment methods,with thirty-six cases in each group.The control group underwent laparoscopic myomectomy,and the observation group underwent transvaginal hysteroscopic submucosal myomectomy.The clinical efficacy,surgical indexes,complication rate and sex hormone level of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups(P>0.05).The sex hormone levels and surgical indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the control group was 22.22%(8/36),higher than 5.56%(2/36)in the observation group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.181,P<0.05).Conclusion Hysteroscopic surgery can shorten the operation time and vaginal drainage time for patients with submucous uterine fibroids,and the prognosis is good.
