摘　　要：目的评价牙周病致前牙移位治疗的方法,重点分析口腔正畸治疗的效果及可行性。方法非随机选取沂水县人民医院于2022年1—12月收治的82例牙周病致前牙移位患者为研究对象,按治疗方法分为两组,各41例。对照组予以牙周基础治疗,观察组予以牙周基础治疗+口腔正畸治疗。比较两组临床疗效、牙功能及咀嚼功能、炎性因子、美学效果。结果观察组的治疗有效率为97.56%(40/41),高于对照组的80.49%(33/41),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.493,P<0.05)。观察组牙功能及咀嚼功能均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组血清炎症因子水平、美学效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论口腔正畸治疗效果理想,可有效改善牙周病致前牙移位,提高咀嚼功能,缓解炎症反应,获得理想的临床疗效和美学效果。Objective To evaluate the treatment of anterior teeth displacement caused by periodontal disease,and to analyze the effect and feasibility of orthodontic treatment.Methods Eighty-two patients with anterior tooth displacement caused by periodontal disease who were treated in Yishui County People's Hospital from January to December 2022 were non-randomly selected as research object,and according to treatment methods,they were divided into two groups,forty-one cases in each group.The control group was treated with periodontal basic treatment,and the observation group was treated with periodontal basic treatment+orthodontic treatment.The clinical efficacy,dental function and chewing function,inflammatory factors and aesthetic effects were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.56%(40/41),which was higher than 80.49%(33/41)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.493,P<0.05).Dental function and masticatory function of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The serum inflammatory factors level and the aesthetic effects of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of orthodontic treatment is ideal,which can effectively improve the displacement of anterior teeth caused by periodontal disease,improve the masticatory function,alleviate the inflammatory reaction,and obtain ideal clinical efficacy and aesthetic effect.
