中药熏洗、针灸推拿共治对四肢骨折后关节僵硬患者关节疼痛及活动度的影响

摘　　要：目的分析四肢骨折后关节僵硬患者采取中药熏洗与针灸推拿共治的临床效果。方法非随机选取安宁市中医医院康复科于2023年10月—2024年4月收治的120例四肢骨折后关节僵硬患者为研究对象,按治疗方式差异分为观察组(常规治疗+中药熏洗+针灸推拿,60例)和对照组(常规治疗,60例),比较两组的临床疗效、上下肢肢体运动功能、肢体周径。结果观察组的总有效率为98.33%(59/60),高于对照组的88.33%(53/60),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.821,P<0.05)。观察组的上下肢肢体运动功能、治疗后上臂、前臂、小腿、大腿肢体周径均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论四肢骨折后关节僵硬患者采取中药熏洗与针灸推拿共治,可提高临床疗效,减轻关节疼痛程度及肢体肿胀程度,促使肢体功能恢复。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of fumigation with traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture and massage in the treatment of patients with joint stiffness after limb fracture.Methods A total of 120 patients with joint stiffness after limb fracture admitted to the Rehabilitation Department of Anning Chinese Medicine Hospital from October 2023 to April 2024 were non-randomly selected as the study objects.According to the differences in treatment methods,they were divided into observation group(conventional treatment+Chinese medicine fumigation+acupuncture and massage,60 cases)and control group(conventional treatment,60 cases).The clinical efficacy,motor function of upper and lower limbs,circumference of limbs were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 98.33%(59/60),higher than 88.33%(53/60)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.821,P<0.05).The upper and lower limb motor function,upper arm,forearm,calf and thigh limb circumference after treatment in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of fumigation with acupuncture and massage can improve the clinical effect,reduce the degree of joint pain and limb swelling,promote the recovery of limb function.
