浮针联合循经针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床有效性研究

摘　　要：目的探究联用浮针和循经针刺中医疗法在腰椎间盘突出症患者临床治疗中的有效性。方法非随机选取南京市六合区中医院于2022年1月—2023年12月收治的60例腰椎间盘突出症患者,按照针刺方式分为对照组(n=30)和观察组(n=30)。对照组接受常规针刺疗法,观察组接受浮针联合循经针刺疗法。比较两组患者腰椎功能和临床治疗效果。结果观察组腰椎功能优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。对照组治疗总有效率为73.33%(22/30),低于观察组的96.67%(29/30),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.706,P<0.05)。结论在腰椎间盘突出症治疗中使用浮针和循经针刺疗法联用,具有实践运用优势,有利于改善患者腰椎功能状态,提高治疗效果。Objective To explore the effectiveness of combined floating needle and meridian acupuncture traditional Chinese medicine therapy in the clinical treatment of patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods Sixty patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to Nanjing Liuhe District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to December 2023 were non-randomly selected and according to acupuncture methods,they were divided into control group(n=30)and observation group(n=30).The control group received conventional acupuncture therapy,and the observation group received floating needle combined with meridian acupuncture therapy.The lumbar function and clinical treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results The lumbar spine functions of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the control group was 96.67%(29/30),which was lower than 73.33%(22/30)in the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.706,P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of lumbar disc herniation,the combination of floating needle and meridian acupuncture therapy has the advantages of practical application,which is conducive to improving the lumbar function of patients and improving the therapeutic effect.
