摘 要:本文综述了中药对免疫功能的双向调节作用及其机制。阐明黄芪、人参等中药能通过影响T、B细胞和天然免疫细胞的功能,促进免疫细胞的活化和增殖,改善细胞因子的分泌释放状态,进而强化机体的免疫能力。山茱萸多糖等成分则显示出免疫抑制效果,能够调节免疫系统的过度反应。此外,中药还对肿瘤免疫、免疫器官发育和抑制排斥反应具有积极影响。以上诸多发现为中药在免疫调节领域的应用提供了科学依据,并充分地体现出了中药在治疗免疫相关疾病中的巨大潜力。This article reviews the two-way regulation of traditional Chinese medicine on immune function and its mechanism.It is clarified that traditional Chinese medicines such as astragalus and ginseng can promote the activation and proliferation of immune cells by affecting the function of T,B cells and natural immune cells,improve the secretion and release of cytokines,and then strengthen the body's immune ability.Constituents such as Cornus officinalis polysaccharides show immunosuppressive effects and can regulate the overreaction of the immune system.In addition,traditional Chinese medicine also has a positive effect on tumor immunity,immune organ development and rejection inhibition.The above findings provide a scientific basis for the application of traditional Chinese medicine in the field of immune regulation,and fully reflect its great potential in the treatment of immune-related diseases.
