摘  要:针对因电网运维决策行为不当,造成的电网运维决策行为存在安全风险问题,提出基于J2EE三层架构的电网运维决策行为安全风险评估方法。通过J2EE三层架构分析访问层、准则层以及指标层保证决策行为数据的完整性和表现性,增强整体算法的客观性;采用加权欧氏距离法计算专家矩阵与评估矩阵间的贴合度,引入博弈论思想,把主权权重和客观权重当作博弈双方,来计算出组合权重值;再通过后悔理论模型,对各准则层及指标层进行风险评估,通过量化得到风险评估值,得到各准则层的风险状况,实现对风险的评估。实验结果证明,所提方法在实验次数相同的情况下,其重光率低、恢复率高、风险间隔率较高,且整体的评估耗时短、准确率高,具有一定的优势。A security risk assessment method for power grid operation and maintenance decision-making behavior based on a three-layer architecture of J2EE is proposed to address the security risk issues caused by improper decision-making behavior in power grid operation and maintenance.It ensures the integrity and representativeness of policy behavior data through the analysis of the access layer,criterion layer,and indicator layer through the three-tier architecture of J2EE,and enhances the objectivity of the overall algorithm.The weighted Euclidean distance method is used to calculate the fit between the expert matrix and the evaluation matrix,and the idea of game theory is introduced to calculate the combined weight value by taking the sovereign weight and objective weight as the two sides of the game.Then,using the regret theory model,risk assessment is conducted on each criterion layer and indicator layer.By quantifying the risk assessment values,the risk status of each criterion layer is obtained,achieving risk assessment.The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method has advantages such as low refractive index,high recovery rate,high risk interval rate,short overall evaluation time,and high accuracy under the same number of experiments.
