摘  要:为避免输电线路杆塔受环境等因素影响出现倾斜,设计基于光纤传感的输电线路杆塔倾斜预警系统。利用光纤光栅倾角传感器采集输电线路杆塔状态光信号数据,光信号经解调仪解调为电信号数据后,由LoRa无线路由器将电信号数据传输至LoRa集中器集中处理,经GPRS无线网将处理后的数据传输至微控制器,微控制器采用力学计算方式运算接收到的数据,获取输电线路杆塔倾斜角度,并传输至倾斜预警模块对比杆塔倾斜角度运算结果与预设预警范围,对超出预警范围的输电线路杆塔进行倾斜预警。结果表明,该系统可确定输电线路杆塔倾斜角度,并及时预警。In order to avoid the inclination of transmission line towers due to environmental factors,a transmission line tower inclination early warning system based on optical fiber sensing is designed.The fiber grating inclination sensor is used to collect the optical signal data of the transmission line tower status.After the optical signal is demodulated into electrical signal data by the demodulator,the LoRa wireless router transmits the electrical signal data to the LoRa concentrator for centralized processing.The processed data is transmitted to the microcontroller through the GPRS wireless network.The microcontroller uses the mechanical calculation method to calculate the received data to obtain the transmission line tower inclination angle.And it is transmitted to the tilt warning module to compare the calculation results of tower tilt angle with the preset warning range,so as to carry out tilt warning for transmission line towers beyond the warning range.The results show that the system can determine the tilt angle of transmission line towers and give early warning in time.
