摘 要:为寻求具有优良除草活性的肉桂酰胺类先导化合物,设计合成了15种卤代肉桂酰胺类化合物,并进行了除草活性研究。从简单原料出发,经过三步合成反应,合成了15种目标化合物(4a~4o),其结构经过^(1)H NMR、^(13)C NMR和MS(ESI)确证。选取鬼针草、反枝苋、龙爪茅和稗草为试验对象,采用油菜平皿法测定了目标化合物的除草活性。结果表明:在200 mg·L^(–1)浓度下,该类化合物均表现出一定的除草活性。其中,化合物4j、4k和4l对4种杂草抑制作用较强,抑制率均达到了80%以上。该类化合物具有一定的除草活性,可进一步进行结构优化。In order to discover lead cinnaminamide compounds with high herbicidal activities,fifteen halogenated cinnaminamide compounds were designed and synthesized to research on the herbicidal activities.fifteen target compounds were synthesized via 3 steps of reactions from simple raw materials.The structures of products were confirmed by ^(1)H NMR,^(13)C NMR and MS.Bidens pilosa,amaranthus retroflexus,dactyloctenium aegyptiu and echinochloa crusgalli were selected to determine the herbicidal activity of target compounds by using plate method.The results of herbicidal activity test showed that all target compounds displayed some herbicidal activities at the concentration of 200 mg·L^(–1).Compounds 4j,4k and 4l showed better inhibitory effects on four weeds with inhibition rate of more than 80%.This kind of cinnaminamide compounds can be further structural optimization to enhance herbicidal activities.
