摘 要:针对目前磺化醛酮缩聚物分散剂的分散性能不足及环保问题,基于聚羧酸减水剂吸附分散机理,首次合成了一种适用于油井水泥的酰胺-季铵型聚羧酸分散剂(A-PCE),通过红外光谱、凝胶渗透色谱及热重分析表征了A-PCE的结构,A-PCE分子主链吸附基团为羧基和季铵阳离子,主链和聚醚长侧链由酰胺键相连接,重均分子量(M_(w))为26144,数均分子量(M_(n))为19755,分布指数(M_(w)/M_(n))为1.32,热稳定性良好。与现用磺化醛酮缩聚物(FSJ-408)相比较,A-PCE得益于长侧链的空间位阻作用,在水泥净浆中的饱和加量为0.25%(占水泥质量的百分比,下同),小于FSJ-408的饱和加量0.40%,分散效率高,在水泥基浆中的降黏能力也优于FSJ-408,流型更接近牛顿流体,对水泥基浆的稠化时间和抗压强度无不利影响。In order to solve the problems of insufficient dispersion performance and environmental protection of acetone formaldehyde sulfite polycondensate dispersants,based on the adsorption and dispersion mechanism analysis of polycarboxylate superplasticizers,an amide-quaternary ammonium polycarboxylate dispersant(A-PCE)for oil well cement was synthesized for the first time.The structure of A-PCE was characterized by infrared spectrum,gel permeation chromatography and thermo-gravity analysis.The main chain of A-PCE is composed of carboxyl group and ammonium cation,and the main chain is connected with the long side chain of polyether by amide bond.The weight average molecular mass(M_(w))of A-PCE is 26144,the number average molecular mass(M_(n))is 19755,and the polydispersity index(M_(w)/M_(n))is 1.32.Compared with anacetone formaldehyde sulfite polycondensate FSJ-408,A-PCE benefits from the steric effect of long side chain.The saturation addition of A-PCE in cement slurry is 0.25%,which is less than that of FSJ-408(0.40%).The dispersion efficiency of A-PCE is higher than that of FSJ-408,and the flow pattern is closer to Newtonian fluid.It has no adverse effect on the thickening time and compressive strength of cement slurry.
