摘  要:“北京三号”C卫星星座由4颗智能遥感小卫星组成,装载一台全色0.5m/多光谱2m分辨率的光学推扫相机.星上除了支持常规的图像压缩存储外,还配备了高性能的图像智能处理平台和开放软件平台,支持基于APP软件的图像实时智能处理,不断扩展了卫星应用模式.重点介绍了“北京三号”C卫星星座的总体设计和技术创新,包括卫星总体方案设计、智能处理结果驱动的自主任务重规划技术、基于开放软件平台的星上智能处理技术、高分辨率相机轻量化设计,以及相关设计与技术的在轨测试情况.在轨测试结果表明:卫星在轨成像质量优良,任务规划和智能处理功能使用便捷.The BJ-3C Satellite constellation consists of four intelligent remote sensing small satellites equipped with a push-broom optical camera with 0.5 m panchromatic and 2 m multispectral resolution.In addition to supporting conventional image compression and storage,it is equipped with a high-performance intelligent image processing platform and an open software platform.This design enables real-time intelligent image processing based on APP software,which continuously expands satellite application models.The system design and technical innovations of the BJ-3C Satellite constellation,including the satellite system design,the autonomous task replanning technology driven by intelligent processing results,the on-orbit intelligent processing technology based on the open software platform,the high-resolution and lightweight camera design,and the in-orbit test results of the related design and technology were presented in detail.The test results show that the in-orbit image quality is excellent,and the task planning and intelligent processing are user-friendly.
