摘  要:针对“北京三号”C卫星超轻、自主、智能及部分平台设备使用二次电源供电的主要任务特点,供配电分系统采用电源调节与配电控制集成一体化的电源调控器(power conditioning and distribution unit,PCDU),并配置集中供电二次电源的架构,解决了轻量化设计难题。通过能源智能管理软件设计,实现了供配电分系统的自主和智能管理。通过使用含蓄电池管理单元(battery management unit,BMU)的蓄电池包,解决了蓄电池功率电缆带电插拔的问题,提高了地面测试过程的安全性,为研制流程的开放和高效提供了保障。在轨验证结果表明:电压、电流及状态遥测正确,供配电分系统状态正常,满足卫星设计要求。Aiming at BJ-3C Satellites′key task features of ultra-lightweight,autonomy,intelligence and the use of secondary power in some platform devices,the power supply and distribution subsystem adopted an architecture of a power conditioning and distribution unit(PCDU)with integrated power conditioner and distributor,coupled with a centralized secondary power supply.The lightweight design problem was solved.The energy intelligent management software design achieved autonomous and intelligent management of the power supply and distribution subsystem.Through the battery pack with the battery management unit(BMU)contained,the battery power cables hot-plugging problem was resolved,therefore,improving safety during the ground test process and ensuring openness and efficiency of the development process.The in-orbit verification results show that the voltage,current and status telemetry parameters are correct,the working status of the power supply and distribution subsystem is normal and the design meets the requirements of the satellites.
