摘  要:“北京三号”C卫星作为典型的商业卫星型号,具有研制周期短、成本低及多任务并行的特点.控制分系统作为卫星的重要组成部分,保障了卫星功能正常和能源安全.在地面测试阶段必须要对控制分系统进行充分验证,但该型号特性决定了其在测试设备上投入的经费极其有限,必须开发通用的测试设备,以满足多个型号的测试需求.在分析控制分系统的测试设备需求、工程现状和发展趋势的基础上,以硬件最大包络和软件灵活配置为原则,设计了通用化的测试设备.地面测试结果显示:控制分系统在测试设备上节约成本50%以上,提升效率50%以上,节约测试时间30%以上.该方案在“北京三号”C卫星研制测试工作中取得了较好的效果,已成功推广应用至其他卫星.The BJ-3C Satellite is a representative commercial satellite with typical characteristics including short development cycles,low cost and parallel multi-tasking.As a key part of the satellite,the control subsystem ensures the normal functionality and energy security of the satellite.Sufficient validation of the control subsystem during ground testing is essential,but the investment in test equipment is extremely limited because of the BJ-3C Satellite features.To meet the requirements of multi-model testing,a general test must be developed.Based on the analysis of the test equipment requirements,the project status and the development trend of the control subsystem,the general test equipment was designed based on the principles of maximum hardware envelopment and flexible software configuration.The ground test results show that the cost of the control subsystem test equipment is reduced by more than 50%,while the efficiency is increased by more than 50%,resulting in a test time reduction of more than 30%.Due to the significant impact on the development and testing of the BJ-3C Satellite,this solution has been promoted and successfully applied to other satellites.
