摘  要:轧线系统中主要的负荷是变频、整流和动力负荷,而钢坏在轧制过程中粗轧开坏的冲击最大,因此需要强大的电网做支撑或快速响应的无功补偿装置进行治理,防止电网电压波动异常影响生产。以SVG为代表成熟的无功补偿装置特点为:响应速度快,功能多样性,补偿效果好。其对轧机的冲击可以有效补偿。不过随着技术的发展轧线系统越来越多的采用交直交的传动方式,这种方式冲击小谐波含量低、功率因数高的特点,被越来越多的钢铁企业进行应用。本文通过实例描述了SVG+FC形式的无功补偿装置的设计及后期治理后效果的展示这个注释放到正文里面。The main loads in the rolling line system are frequency conversion,rectification,and power loads,and the impact of rough rolling and opening of steel billets is the greatest during the rolling process.Therefore,a strong power grid is needed for support or a reactive power compensation device with fast response is needed to prevent abnormal voltage fluctuations in the power grid from affecting production.The characteristics of mature reactive power compensation devices represented by SvG are:fast response speed,diverse functions,and good compensation effect.It can effectively compensate for the impact on the rolling mill.However,with the development of technology,rolling line systems are increasingly adopting AC-DC-AC transmission methods,which have the characteristics of low harmonic content and high power factor,and are being applied by more and more steel enterprises.This article describes the design of a reactive power compensation device in the form of SVG+FC and demonstrates its effectiveness after post treatment through examples.SVG(Static Var Generator);FC(Fixed Capacitor)
