基于主动健康理念的高校体育教学改革模式探究

摘　　要：在健康中国战略背景下,高校体育正面临新的发展机遇。为了全面培养学生的终身体育能力,并提升高校的育人功能,高校应当以主动健康理念为引领,深化体育教学改革,推动学生从被动健康向主动健康的积极转变。该文从高校构建主动健康体育教学模式的价值意蕴及现实困境两方面出发,探讨教学改革的必要性,并围绕培养主动健康意识、明确教学目标、强化师资培训、开发校本课程资源、构建科学评价体系等5个方面,提出主动健康体育教学改革模式的优化路径,旨在实现高校体育教学的创新与发展。Under the background of Healthy China,college Physical Education is ushering in new development opportunities.In order to comprehensively cultivate students'lifelong physical education ability and enhance college's educational function,colleges should be guided by the concept of Active Health,deepen the reform of physical education teaching and promote the positive transformation of students from passive health to active health.This paper explores the necessity of teaching reform starting from two aspects:the value implication of constructing the active health college physical education teaching mode and the realistic dilemma.It proposes the optimization path for the reform model of active health physical education teaching focusing on five aspects:cultivating active health awareness,clarifying teaching objectives,strengthening teacher training,developing school-based resources and constructing scientific evaluation system,aiming to realize the innovation and development of college physical education teaching.
