马拉松赛事医疗保障服务的现状分析及优化策略研究

摘　　要：健康中国战略下,我国体育赛事医疗保障服务面临新挑战。完善马拉松赛事医疗保障服务体系,是推动体医融合、促进全民健康的重要举措。当前,我国马拉松赛事医疗保障服务体系仍存在急救保障服务专业度不足、急救响应速度不够快、运动康复保障服务不完善等问题。基于此,该文借助医疗健康大数据,针对赛前、赛中、赛后3个阶段,提出马拉松赛事医疗保障服务的优化策略,旨在强化医疗急救保障服务机制,促进运动康复保障服务的协同发展,从而有效推进健康中国战略的深入实施。Under the strategy of Healthy China,China's sports events medical security services are facing new requirements.Improving the marathon medical security service system is an important measure to promote the integration of sports medicine and promote the health of all people.At present,there are still problems in marathon event medical security service system in China,such as insufficient professionalism in emergency support services,slow emergency response speed,and incomplete sports rehabilitation support services.Based on this,with the help of medical and health big data,it puts forward the optimization strategies for the medical security services of marathon races in the three phases of pre-game,in-game and post-game,aiming to strengthen the mechanism of medical first aid security services promote the synergistic development of sports rehabilitation security services,so as to efficiently push forward the in-depth implementation of Healthy China strategy.
