摘　　要：体育标准化建设是推进我国体育高质量发展的基石,对于提升体育服务供给均等化水平至关重要。全面推动体育标准化建设已成为实施体育强国战略、推进健康中国建设及全民健身国家战略的关键路径。该文采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等方法,系统归纳了我国社区体育赛事活动标准化面临的困境与启示。研究结果显示,我国社区体育赛事活动存在以下问题:供给不足制约了社区体育赛事的发展;机制滞后阻碍了社区体育赛事的进步;管理关系尚待明晰;缺乏社区体育赛事发展意识。从现有标准对比来看,各类子体系在框架下的对应标准分布不均衡,供给存在明显不平衡现象,特别是体育服务类标准存在显著短板,如大型体育赛事活动服务细分领域缺乏相应标准,亟须补充完善。研究认为,要推动社区体育赛事活动标准化的发展,应采取以下措施:实现多元主体供给,以提升赛事质量;优化赛事机制,提高赛事效率;明确管理权责,确保协调运行;加强标准化意识,培育赛事文化;构建标准化体系,规范赛事运行。The construction of sports standardization is the foundation of promoting high-quality sports development in China and is essential for equalizing the level of equalization of sports service supply.Comprehensively promoting the construction of sports standardization is crucial for implementing the strategy of building a sports power,promoting the construction of a healthy China,and the national strategy of the national fitness.This research uses the methods such as literature review and logical analysis to systematically summarizes the dilemma and inspirations faced by the standardization of community sports events in China.The research results show that there are the following problems with community sports events in China:insufficient supply restricts the development of community sports events;the lagging mechanism hinders the progress of community sports events;the management relationship still needs to be clarified;at the same time,there is a lack of awareness of the development of community sports events.From the comparison of current standards,it can be seen that the distribution of corresponding standards for various subsystems under the framework is uneven,and there is a significant imbalance in supply,especially for sports service standards,which have significant shortcomings.For example,there is a lack of corresponding standards in the subdivision of large-scale sports event services,which urgently needs to be supplemented and improved.Research suggests that in order to promote standardization of community sports events,the following measures should be taken:Achieving multi-stakeholder supply of subjects to improve the quality of events;Optimizing the competition mechanism and improving the efficiency of the competition;Clarifying management responsibilities and ensuring coordinated operation;Strengthening standardization awareness and cultivating competition culture;Establishing a standardized system to standardize the operation of sports events.
