摘　　要：在全民健身的背景下,该研究采用文献资料法、访谈法及田野调查等研究方法,对国内外冬泳运动的开展现状及其价值意义进行了总结,并探讨了冬泳运动发展的实践路径。其价值意义体现在:增强心肺功能与代谢健康;促进老年人心理健康;蕴含独特的经济价值;惠及重点及特殊人群;推动社会体育组织的完善。然而,当前冬泳运动仍面临一些现实困境,包括潜在的风险性、组织管理不善、社会关注度不足,以及缺乏专业人员的指导。针对这些问题,提出以下助力发展路径:倡导养成良好冬泳习惯、政府机构提供帮扶与管理、利用数字媒体加强宣传,以及由专业部门培训冬泳教练。Under the background of national fitness,the research methods such as literature review,interview method and field survey are used to summarize the current situation and value significance of the development of winter swimming sports at home and abroad,and explore the practical path of the development of winter swimming sports.The value and significance are reflected in:enhancing cardiopulmonary function and metabolic health;promoting mental health of the elderly;containing unique economic value;benefiting key special groups;and improving the improvement of social sports organizations.However,the current winter swimming movement still faces some realistic dilemmas including potential risks;lack of good organization and management;low social attention;and lack of professional guidance.To address these issues,the following paths of development are proposed:It's advocated to cultivate good winter swimming habits,government organizations should provide help and management,use digital media to strengthen publicity,and train winter swimming coaches by professional departments.
