摘 要:为提高体育专业学生职业素养,推动其可持续发展,该文以适应性体育为基础,采用文献研究与逻辑分析等方法,旨在明晰适应性体育在夯实体育专业学生职业基石、塑造职业态度、拓展职业视野以及提升职业影响力等方面的价值意蕴。通过对当前体育专业学生职业素养培育在教学理念、课程设置、实践环节以及师资队伍等方面的现状进行探究,该文提出以下具体策略:第一,以课程融合为基石,构建全面知识体系;第二,以实践教学为导向,提升体育专业学生职业技能水平;第三,以师资培训为助力,加强教师的专业指导能力;第四,以赛事活动为平台,培养体育专业学生的职业竞争意识。以上策略均基于适应性体育的视角,旨在有效促进体育专业学生职业素养的全面提升。In order to improve the professional quality of students majoring in physical education and promote their sustainable development,this research is based on adaptive sports and uses methods such as literature research and logical analysis methods,aiming to clarify the value and implications of adaptive sports in cultivating professional quality of students majoring in physical education,consolidating the foundation of their careers,shaping their professional attitudes,expanding their professional horizons and enhancing their professional influence.By exploring the current status of professional quality cultivation for physical education majors in terms of teaching philosophy,curriculum design,practical aspects,and faculty.This paper puts forward to the following specific strategies:Firstly,building a comprehensive knowledge system based on curriculum integration.Secondly,taking practice teaching as the guidance,improving the level of vocational skills of students majoring in physical education.Thirdly,with the help of teacher training,strengthening the professional guidance ability of teacher.Fourthly,taking the competition activities as the platform and cultivating the professional competition consciousness of physical education majors.The above strategies are all based on the perspective of adaptive sports,aiming to effectively promote the comprehensive improvement of professional quality of physical education majors.
