摘  要:运动解剖生理学是高职体育保健与康复专业的必修课程和先导课程,旨在帮助学生掌握专业知识和技能的同时,拓宽知识面,增强实践能力,并提升综合素质。该课程采用任务驱动、主题讨论、病例分析、翻转课堂等多元化教学方法,并提出了三阶五环的线上线下混合式教学模式,以此推动教学改革与创新。在教学过程中,坚持用习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想铸魂育人,将思政教育融入运动解剖生理学教学与改革的各个环节,充分发挥课程的育人功能,促进德技并修,实现立德树人的教育目标。此外,该课程还注重培养学生的体育文化传承意识,弘扬冠军精神,激发学生对体育运动的热爱,提升其对于提高全民身体素质的责任感,以服务于健康中国的建设。Sports Anatomy and Physiology is a compulsory and introductory course for vocational college students majoring in Sports Health and Rehabilitation.It aims to help students master professional knowledge and skills,broaden their knowledge,enhance their practical abilities,and improve their overall quality.The course adopts diversified teaching methods such as task driven,thematic discussion,case analysis,and flipped classroom,and proposes a three-stage five-ring online and offline hybrid teaching mode to promote teaching reform and innovation.In the teaching process,it persistently uses Xi Jinping's Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era to forge the soul and educate people,integrating ideological and political education into various aspects of the teaching and reform of Sports Anatomy and Physiology courses,fully utilizing the educational function of the curriculum,promoting the integration of morality and technology,and achieve the goal of Lide Shuren.In addition,the curriculum also focuses on cultivating students'awareness of inheriting sports culture,promoting the spirit of champions,inspiring students'love for sports,and enhancing their sense of responsibility for improving the physical fitness of the whole nation,in order to serve a healthy China.
