摘　　要：高等院校作为知识传承与人才培养的重要基地,运动队在其中肩负着丰富校园体育文化、发掘体育人才以及促进学生全面发展的关键使命,为体育强国建设提供坚实的支撑。该文运用系统思维方法,采用文献资料研究、案例分析等手段,聚焦于高校运动队,深入剖析其建设现状与训练方法,明确运动队的特点、训练中的短板,并探寻创新路径,旨在推动高校运动队向更高质量、更具特色的方向发展,从而实现人才培养与体育竞技的双赢目标。Colleges and universities,as an important base of knowledge inheritance and talent cultivation,sports teams,shoulder the key mission of enriching campus sports culture,discovering sports talents and promoting students'comprehensive development,providing strong support for the construction of sports powerhouse.By using systematic thinking methods,literature research,case analysis and other methods,this paper focuses on university sports teams,deeply analyzes the status quo and training methods of sports teams,determines the characteristics of sports teams and training shortcomings,and explores innovative paths,aiming to promote the development of university sports teams towards a higher quality and more distinctive direction,so as to achieve a win-win goal of talent cultivation and sports competition.
