技能型社会视域下高职体育“三教”改革的目标设定与实施路径

摘　　要：技能型社会的构建需求促使学校必须培养大量具备高素质技术技能的人才,以支撑产业结构的转型升级和社会经济的高质量发展。高职体育作为职业教育体系的关键一环,在增强学生体质、提升职业适应力及心理韧性方面发挥着独特功效。然而,当前高职体育教育在课程设计、教材内容及教学手段方面显现出滞后性,迫切需要通过实施“三教”改革(即教师、教材、教法的综合改革)加以改进。该文依据技能型社会的实际需求及“三教”改革的核心理念,深入探究高职体育教育的目标定位与实施策略。通过构建“双师型”体育教师队伍、开发模块化与情境化融合的教材体系、推广实践导向的教学方法,该文提出了一系列具体改革举措:校企协同育人的新模式、行业导向的教材开发策略、创新的教学方法应用、教师多维发展机制以及学习型校园文化的建设。旨在为高职体育教育的高质量发展提供理论支撑与实践借鉴。The demand for building a skills-oriented society necessitates cultivating a large number of highly qualified technical talents to support the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure and high-quality socio-economic development.As a key component of vocational education system,higher vocational physical education(PE)plays a unique role in enhancing students'physical fitness,improving vocational adaptability and psychological resilience.However,current vocational physical education shows a lag in curriculum design,textbook content,and teaching methods,and urgently needs to be improved through the implementation of the"three teachings reform"(teachers,teaching materials,and teaching methods).This study explores in depth the goals positioning and implementation strategies of higher vocational PE reform based on the actual needs of a skills-oriented society and the core concept of"three teachings reform".By building a"dual teacher"physical education teacher team,developing a modular and contextualized teaching material system,and promoting practice oriented teaching methods,this article proposes a series of specific reform measures,such as a new model of school-enterprise collaboration,industry oriented teaching material development strategies,innovative teaching method applications,multi-dimensional teacher development mechanisms,and the construction of a learning-oriented campus culture.These efforts aim to provide theoretical support and practical reference for the high-quality development of vocational physical education.
