新时代普通高校体育科研的困境及优化路径研究

摘　　要：高校体育科研工作在促进青少年全面发展、提升国民健康水平方面扮演着至关重要的角色。目前,普通高校体育科研面临多重困境:体育科研资金投入不足,成果创新与转化率偏低,跨学科融合与团队建设亟须加强,同时科研管理体制与激励政策也存在进一步优化的空间。针对上述问题,该文提出以下策略:增加科研投入,完善成果转化机制,强化科研团队建设与促进学科交叉融合,优化激励机制与评价体系。这些策略旨在推动高校体育科研向规范化、创新性及可持续发展方向迈进。展望未来,高校体育科研需紧密贴合新时代需求,充分利用人工智能、大数据等现代科技手段,深化国际交流与合作,实现学科间的深度融合,从而为国家体育事业和社会健康事业的蓬勃发展提供坚实支撑。Sports scientific research in colleges and universities plays an important role in promoting the comprehensive development of young people and enhancing national health level.At present,sports scientific research in colleges and universities is facing many difficulties,such as insufficient investment in sports research funds,low innovation and transformation rate of achievements,cross-disciplinary integration and team building that eagerly need to be strengthened,and there is room for further optimization of the scientific research management system and incentive policies.In view of these problems,this paper proposes strategies such as increasing research investment,improving the results transformation mechanism,strengthening research team building and promoting interdisciplinary integration,optimizing the incentive mechanism and evaluation system,etc.,aiming to promote the standardization,innovation and sustainable development of sports scientific research in colleges and universities.Looking ahead to the future,university sports scientific research needs to follow the needs of the new era,make full use of artificial intelligence,big data and other modern scientific and technological means,strengthen international exchanges and cooperation,and realize the in-depth integration of disciplines,so as to provide an important support for the vigorous development of the national sports industry and social health undertakings.
