摘　　要：文中在Ku波段设计并制作了一种微带单脉冲天线,具有副瓣低、结构紧凑等优点。设计了一种串馈和并馈混合的带状线功率分配网络,在满足各天线单元激励同相不等幅的基础上,采用多层微带板工艺,通过口径耦合为天线单元馈电。该馈电方式既拓展了天线的工作带宽,又能有效抑制功率分配网络的寄生辐射,达到低副瓣的目的,并结合提出的新型带状线-波导-微带线过渡结构,实现了天线的小型化及低剖面。该微带单脉冲天线阵元数量为52个,直径为90 mm,总厚度为12 mm,工作带宽14.8 GHz~15.2 GHz。测试结果表明:天线阵的S 11<-10 dB,E面和H面的副瓣均优于-20 dB,差波束零深优于-22 dB,满足设计预期,在某些对单脉冲天线的低副瓣、低剖面、轻量化有要求的特殊平台具有广阔的应用前景。In this paper,a microstrip monopulse antenna is designed and fabricated in the Ku band,featuring low sidelobes and compact structure.A stripline power distribution network of series-fed and parallel-fed stripline is designed.Based on the requirement of equal-phase but unequal-amplitude excitation for each antenna element,a multi-layer microstrip board process is adopted,and the antenna elements are fed through aperture coupling.This feeding method not only broadens the antenna′s operating bandwidth,but also effectively suppresses the parasitic radiation of the power distribution network,achieving the goal of low sidelobes.Combined with the proposed novel stripline-waveguide-microstrip line transition structure,the antenna is miniaturized and has a low profile.The microstrip monopulse antenna array has 52 elements,a diameter of 90 mm,a total thickness of 12 mm,and an operating bandwidth of 14.8 GHz to 15.2 GHz.Test results show that the antenna array′s S 11 is less than-10 dB,the sidelobes in both E-plane and H-plane are better than-20 dB,and the null depth of the difference beam is better than-22 dB,meeting the design expectations.It has broad application prospects in some special platforms that require low sidelobe,low profile,and lightweight for monopulse antennas.
