摘  要:针对国内钻塞作业中异形磨鞋齿钻磨水泥塞影响规律不清晰的问题,基于弹塑性力学和岩石力学理论,以Drucker-Prager准则作为水泥塞的强度准则,以Ductile-Damage准则作为水泥塞的失效准则,采用数值模拟方法,针对圆柱齿、星形齿、金字塔齿和三棱锥齿等4种磨鞋异形齿单齿破岩效率及影响规律进行了研究。应用ABAQUS软件建立了4种磨鞋异形齿单齿破碎水泥塞三维有限元模型,对比分析出破岩效率最高的磨鞋齿,并在此基础上分析了前倾角、切削深度和切削速度等3种切削参数对其破碎比功的影响。研究结果表明:3种异形齿均比圆柱齿更易破碎水泥塞,其中三棱锥齿破碎比功最小,破岩效率最高;三棱锥齿的破碎比功随着深度的增加而减小,随着前倾角的增加先增大后减小,随着速度的增加而增加,并得到了最佳参数区间,即切削深度1~2 mm、前倾角10°~15°、切削速度7.69~10.26 m/s时为最佳参数区间,可以保证平均力和破碎比功较小的同时破碎更大体积的岩石。研究结果可为钻塞作业中磨鞋齿的选择及钻井参数的优选提供依据。The influence of cement plug drilling by special-shaped mill shoe cutter is still unclear.In this paper,based on the plasto-elasticity and rock mechanics theories,taking the Drucker-Prager criteria for the strength of cement plug and the Ductile-Damage criteria for the failure of cement plug,the numerical simulation method was used to study the single cutter rock-breaking efficiency and influences of four types of special-shaped mill shoe cutters such as cylindrical cutter,stellate cutter,pyramid cutter and triangular pyramid cutter.Then,the ABAQUS software was used to build a 3D finite element model for cement plug crushing by single cutter of four types of special-shaped cutters.Third,the mill shoe cutter with the highest rock-breaking efficiency was obtained from comparative analysis.Finally,the influences of three cutting parameters such as rake angle,cutting depth and cutting speed on the crushing specific work were analyzed.The results show that all three types of special-shaped cutters are more prone to crushing cement plugs than cylindrical cutter,with triangular pyramid cutter having the smallest crushing specific work and the highest rock-breaking efficiency.The crushing specific work of the triangular pyramid cutter decreases with the increase of cutting depth,first increases and then decreases with the increase of rake angle,and increases with the increase of cutting speed.When the cutting depth is 1-2 mm,the rake angle is 10°-15°and the cutting speed is 7.69-10.26 m/s,the average force and crushing specific work are small while larger volume of rock can be crushed.The research results provide a basis for the selection of mill shoe cutter and the optimization of drilling parameters in cement plug drilling operations.
