摘  要:橇装结构不仅是钻井泵中最大的零部件,同时也是整个结构振动传递至地面或者甲板的关键一环,橇装结构的振动特性严重影响着钻井泵的整体性能以及工作人员的操作环境。为此,以QDP-3000U钻井泵橇装结构为研究对象,基于模态分析和谐响应分析理论,建立了QDP-3000U钻井泵动力学分析模型,分析橇装关键结构参数对钻井泵振动特性的影响规律,并提出优化措施从而减轻钻井泵的振动。研究结果表明:优化后,橇装结构的各阶固有频率均得到提升,前10阶固有频率最大提升20.52%;钻井泵整机及橇装结构的固有频率与主要激振频率段(1.950~8.475 Hz)未发生重合,工作时不会发生共振;单因素优化后的橇装结构振动位移有效降低,当激振频率为48 Hz时振动位移由0.19 mm降低至0.06 mm,当激振频率为150 Hz时振动位移由1.570 mm降低至0.379 mm。所得结果可为钻井泵减振的技术方法制定提供理论指导。The skid-mounted structure is the largest part of drilling pump,and also a key part in transmitting the vibration of the entire structure to the ground or deck.The vibration behaviors of the skid-mounted structure seriously affect the overall performance of the drilling pump and the operating environment for the workers.Taking the QDP-3000U drilling pump skid-mounted structure as an example,a dynamic analysis model of QDP-3000U drilling pump was built based on modal analysis and harmonic response analysis theory to analyze how the key parameters of the skid-mounted structure affect the vibration behaviors of the drilling pump.Then,optimization measures were proposed to reduce the vibration of the drilling pump.The research results show that after optimization,the natural frequencies of each order of the skid-mounted structure are improved,with the highest increase of 20.52%in the first ten-order natural frequencies.For the drilling pump and its skid-mounted structure,the natural frequency does not coincide with the main excitation frequency range(1.950-8.475 Hz),so resonance will not occur during operation.The vibration displacement of the skid-mounted structure after single-factor optimization is effectively reduced.When the excitation frequency is 48 Hz,the vibration displacement decreases from 0.19 mm to 0.06 mm;when the excitation frequency is 150 Hz,the vibration displacement decreases from 1.570 mm to 0.379 mm.The research results provide theoretical guidance for the vibration reduction of drilling pump.
