摘  要:利用近钻头测量工具实时监控近钻头处钻压可降低钻井风险,提高钻井效率。针对近钻头测量工具内部非均匀温度场影响钻压测量准确性的问题,建立了考虑钻头水眼产生的焦耳-汤姆孙效应钻井井筒温度场模型,利用有限差分法对其模型进行离散求解,得到了井筒温度场分布以及不同工况参数下近钻头测量工具内外壁温度差。通过热力耦合分析,定量探究了近钻头测量工具内外壁温度差对钻压测量的影响以及近钻头测量工具内外壁温度差对钻压测量的影响规律。研究结果表明:当近钻头测量工具内外壁温度差为0.793℃时,钻压测量误差为7.21 kN,在工程实际中不可忽略。近钻头测量工具内外壁温度差与钻压测量误差呈线性关系,并拟合出了其线性关系式。基于这一关系式,提出了测量工具内部非均匀温度场对钻压影响的修正方法。研究结果可为近钻头测量工具钻压测量准确性的提高提供参考。Real-time monitoring of weight on bit(WOB)near the bit using near-bit measuring tool can reduce drilling risks and improve drilling efficiency.However,the nonuniform temperature field in the near-bit measuring tool influences the accuracy of WOB measurement.In this paper,a wellbore temperature field model considering the Joule-Thomson effect generated by bit outlet was built.Then,the model was solved using the finite difference method to obtain the distribution of wellbore temperature field and the temperature difference between the inner and outer walls of the near-bit measuring tool under different operating parameters.Finally,by means of thermal-mechanical coupling analysis,the influence of the temperature difference between the inner and outer walls of the near-bit measuring tool on WOB measurement was quantitatively identified.The study results show that when the temperature difference between the inner and outer walls of the near-bit measuring tool is 0.793℃,the error of WOB measurement is 7.21 kN,which cannot be ignored in engineering practice.The temperature difference between the inner and outer walls of the near-bit measuring tool is linearly related to the error of WOB measurement,and the linear relation was fitted.Based on this relation,a correction method for the influence of nonuniform temperature field in the measuring tool on WOB was proposed.The study results provide reference for improving the accuracy of WOB measurement using near-bit measuring tool.
