摘 要:取芯PDC钻头在钻进页岩地层过程中容易出现吃入地层困难、岩屑清洁效果不佳,导致机械钻速下降、取芯时效性变差。为此,提出一种新型4刀翼取芯PDC钻头,基于有限元方法对其进行了研究。研究结果表明:相较于常规6刀翼钻头,新型4刀翼钻头具有更高的破岩钻进速度,更强的携屑性能;增大喷嘴角度可以有效降低钻头表面岩屑质量浓度,喷嘴角度为9°时携屑效果最佳;随喷嘴直径的增加,钻头表面平均岩屑质量浓度呈先增大后减小趋势,ø12 mm时携屑效果最佳;采用最优水力结构参数的取芯钻头在现场应用效果良好,平均取芯收获率提高了约10%,单井的最大平均机械钻速提高约80%。研究结果可为取芯PDC钻头的结构参数优化及现场应用提供参考。Drilling with PDC coring bit in shales may suffer difficult formation penetration and inadequate cuttings cleaning,resulting in reduced rate of penetration(ROP)and coring timeliness.This paper presents a new type of 4-blade PDC coring bit.The research results show that compared to conventional 6-blade bit,the new 4-blade bit has higher rock-breaking rate and cuttings carrying capacity.Increasing the nozzle angle can effectively reduce the cuttings concentration on the bit surface,and the cuttings carrying performance is the best when the nozzle angle is 9°.As the nozzle diameter increases,the average cuttings concentration on the bit surface tends to increase and then decrease,and the cuttings carrying performance is the best when the nozzle diameter isø12 mm.The coring bit with the optimal hydraulic structure parameters was satisfactorily applied on site,with an average core recovery rate increased by about 10%,and an average ROP of a single well increased by about 80%maximally.The research results provide reference for the optimization of structural parameters and field application of PDC coring bit.
