摘　　要：针对油田水平井机械卡堵水管柱应用过程中多段压裂水平井复杂井眼轨迹、结垢结蜡等井下苛刻作业环境导致封隔工具稳定性、承压能力不足和长期置于井下起出困难的问题,研制了单向锥体双卡瓦式高压插管封隔器。该封隔器在设计上充分考虑了密封件的耐压性能以及封隔器关键构件的可钻性,尤其采用了负压空气增压腔和单锥体双卡瓦结构设计,坐封时井口无需提供较大的坐封压力便可实现充分坐封,且解封可靠性大幅提高,解决了一趟钻安全长效卡堵水平井跟部、趾部不同位置出水的难题;承压能力达到50 MPa以上,钻磨解封时间短于1 h。室内试验和现场应用结果表明:该单锥体双卡瓦高压插管封隔器具有较好的承压性,能够实现长期高效密封,且坐封力小、解封安全可靠。研究成果可为堵水封隔工具的设计和应用提供参考。During the application of mechanical water shutoff string in horizontal wells,severe downhole conditions in case of multi-stage fracturing,such as complex horizontal wellbore trajectory,scaling,and waxing,lead to some problems of the isolation tool,such as less stability,insufficient loading capacity,and difficult lifting.This paper presents a single-cone double-slip high-pressure intubation packer.This packer was designed with consideration to the pressure resistance of the seal and the drillability of key parker components,and by especially incorporating the negative pressure air charging chamber and the single-cone double-slip structure.It can be fully set without the necessity of high pressure at the wellhead and be released with a notably improved reliability.These features secure the water shutoff at the heel and toe of a horizontal well safely and effectively in one trip.This packer has a loading capacity over 50 MPa and can be released by milling within 1 h.Laboratory experiment and field application demonstrate that the single-cone double-slip high-pressure intubation packer is highly capable of loading for long-term and effective sealing,and can be set under small pressure and released safely and reliably.The research results provide a reference for design and application of the water shutoff tool.
