摘 要:常规防砂设计对于冲缝筛管选择仅参考储层的粒径数据,在实际应用中具有一定的局限性,致使地层砂粒堵塞冲缝筛管表面严重降低油气井产能。通过设计正交试验,在分析筛管性能的基础上对筛管进行遗传算法优选,研究各因素对冲缝单元堵塞的影响规律,明确对冲缝筛管性能指标影响最大的因素,并建立多元回归拟合方程来评估综合性能指标。针对渤海湾沙河街组特定的储层条件对冲缝筛管适应性进行了评价。研究结果表明:冲缝筛管的开口高度、流体黏度和含砂质量分数增加后出砂量增大,导致挡砂性能减弱,当生产流速增加,流体携砂能力增强,更容易形成堵塞;当储层流体黏度为0.01 Pa·s,储层破坏后含砂质量分数2%时,采用1.2 m/s的开采流速和0.25 mm的开口高度,冲缝筛管的综合性能指标达到最优;基于遗传算法理论,在固定储层特性条件下,来进一步优选机械防砂的设计参数及现场生产压差的控制参数。研究结果对实现机械筛管防砂的长期高效开发具有重要意义。In conventional sand control design,the selection of slotted screen only takes into account the particle size data of the reservoir,which has certain limitation in practical application,and often results in blockage of slotted screen surface by formation particles,seriously reducing the well deliverability.Based on the analysis of screen performance through orthogonal test,optimal screen was selected by way of genetic algorithm.The influences of factors on the blockage of slotted unit were analyzed,and the factors that have the greatest impact on the performance indicators of the slotted screen were determined.Then,a multiple regression fitting equation was built to evaluate the overall performance indicators.Finally,the adaptability of slotted screen to specific reservoir conditions in the Shahejie Formation in the Bohai Bay Basin was assessed.The results show that the sand production rate increases as the open height of slotted screen,fluid viscosity and sand mass fraction increase,deteriorating the sand retention performance.When the production rate increases,the fluid's sand carrying capacity increases,making it easier to form blockages.When the viscosity of the reservoir fluid is 0.01 Pa·s and the sand mass fraction after reservoir damage is 2%,the overall performance indicators of the slotted screen reach the optimal level by using a production rate of 1.2 m/s and an open height of 0.25 mm.Based on the genetic algorithm theory and given reservoir properties,the design parameters for mechanical sand control and the control parameters for field drawdown pressure can be further optimized.The research results are of great significance for achieving long-term efficient development of oilfield by mechanical screen sand control.
