摘  要:为优化建筑工程施工进度,实现施工高质量发展,根据其施工工期短、施工风险大、施工进度可控等特点,以BIM 4D施工管理平台为核心,配合Project等软件,结合信息化技术、智能优化算法,基于BIM 4D模型和遗传算法,建立工期-成本优化数学模型。通过分析2种模型的参数关联性后,提出施工进度深度优化方法,并结合实际工程对该方法进行实证,最终实现最优施工进度编制。旨在针对工程项目普遍特点和信息化发展需求,探索结合BIM技术与优化算法的施工进度管理方法,提升施工进度精细化管理水平。To optimize the construction progress of building projects and achieve high-quality development in construction,based on the characteristics of short construction period,high construction risk and controllable construction progress,a BIM 4D construction management platform is taken as the core,combined with software such as Project,and integrated with information technology and intelligent optimization algorithms,a mathematical model for optimizing construction period and cost is established based on the BIM 4D model and genetic algorithm.After analyzing the parameter correlation of the two models,a method for in-depth optimization of construction progress is proposed,this method is verified through an actual project,ultimately achieving the optimal construction progress plan.The aim is to explore a construction progress management method that combines BIM technology with optimization algorithms,in response to the common characteristics of engineering projects and the demands of information development,and to enhance the refined management level of construction progress.
