摘  要:以苏州春申湖项目隧道工程为例,分析现有城区隧道基坑项目的回填问题,并提出采用自密固化土进行回填的解决办法。以粉土夹粉砂为原料土,对自密固化土的流动性和固化后强度随龄期的增长规律开展室内配合比试验,定量分析其回填效果。针对自密固化土现场应用的填筑密实问题、后续工程建设问题和环保经济效益问题开展现场填筑试验。试验结果表明,自密固化土回填密实、强度高、渗透性好,可满足后续上部路基施工要求,具有较高的经济效益和社会效益。Taking the tunnel project of Chunshen Lake in Suzhou as an example,this paper analyzes the backfilling problems of existing urban tunnel foundation excavation projects,and proposes a solution of using self-compacting stabilized soil for backfilling.Using silt mixed with fine sand as the raw material soil,indoor mix proportion tests were carried out to study the flowability of self-compacting stabilized soil and the growth law of strength after curing with age,and quantitatively analyze its backfilling effect.Field filling tests were conducted to address the compaction density problem,subsequent engineering construction problem and environmental and economic benefits problem of self-compacting stabilized soil in field application.The test results show that the self-compacting stabilized soil has high compaction density,high strength and good permeability,which can meet the requirements of subsequent upper roadbed construction and has high economic and social benefits.
