摘 要:针对漠阳江特大桥施工过程中,移动模架存在跨度大、承载力高、结构复杂、主体结构受力具有较大不确定性等问题,采用ABAQUS软件建立精细化有限元模型,研究DSZ48/1800大型移动模架结构关键构件的应力、变形及弯矩等参数,确定关键构件可能存在的薄弱环节,评估其结构强度、刚度指标是否满足设计要求。研究表明,主梁最大应力和最大位移均位于跨中,支座最大应力位于下弦箱梁底板加劲肋处,腹板与上下主梁连接板处应力集中,但超出许用应力的面积较小,结构不会由于应力集中导致局部和整体破坏。此外,螺栓连接板应力最大值位于腹板与下梁连接板右下角,为结构设计薄弱环节。经验算,该区域螺栓受力满足强度要求,螺栓安全,结构整体安全性较好。In the construction process of the Moyang River Bridge,the mobile formwork has problems such as large span,high bearing capacity,complex structure,and significant uncertainty in the force of the main structure,the ABAQUS software was used to establish a refined finite element model to study the stress,deformation,and bending moment parameters of the key components for DSZ48/1800 large mobile formwork frame structure,determine the possible weak links of the key components,and evaluate whether the structural strength and stiffness indicators meet the design requirements.The research shows that,the maximum stress and maximum displacement of the main beam are both located at the mid-span,the maximum stress of the support is located at the bottom plate stiffener of the lower chord box girder,and the stress concentration occurs at the connection plates between the web and the upper and lower main beams,but the area exceeding the allowable stress is small,and the structure will not cause local and overall damage due to stress concentration.In addition,the maximum stress of the bolt connection plate is located at the lower right corner of the connection plate between the web and the lower beam,which is a weak link in the structural design.After verification,the force of the bolts in this area meets the strength requirements,the bolts are safe,and the overall structural safety is good.
