沿空留巷单元式临时支架研究及应用

摘  要:文章根据莒山矿沿空留巷临时支护技术现状,分析了沿空留巷临时支护参数,确定了临时支护强度不低于0.83 MPa,支护长度为200 m,交替循环无反复支撑的移架方式。同时,文章还依托ZQ4000/19/38D型单元式支架主要技术特征及关键结构设计,提出了创新的长距离单元式临时支护方案。实践表明,单元式临时支架应用效果良好,支护效率、留巷效率显著提高,巷道围岩变形量小,上覆岩层整体沉降得到了有效控制,可以达到沿空留巷长距离临时支护的要求。Based on the current situation of temporary support technology for gob-side entry retaining in Jushan Coal Mine,this paper analyzes the temporary support pa-rameters of gob-side entry retaining,and determines that the temporary support strength is not less than 0.83 MPa,the support length is 200 m,and the support-shifting method is alternate circulation without repeated support.At the same time,based on the main technical characteristics and key structural design of ZQ4000/19/38D unitized sup-port,it puts forward an innovative long-distance unitized temporary support scheme.The fact shows that the appli-cation effect of the unitized temporary support is good,the support efficiency and entry retaining efficiency are signif-icantly improved,the surrounding rock deformation of the roadway is small,and the overall settlement of the overly-ing rock layer is effectively controlled,which can meet the requirements of long-distance temporary support for gob-side entry retaining.
