摘 要:在煤矿综采中,液压支架是保障采煤工作面稳定、安全生产的核心要素。在现有工作条件下,液压支架在受到冲击负荷影响时,部分关键部件容易发生故障,进而影响生产效率与安全水平。为了提高液压支架抗冲击能力,文章对液压支架关键部件的设计优化与抗冲击性能的影响因素和提升方法进行了系统分析。结合案例分析,优化后的液压支架在抗冲击性能与工作稳定性方面均有显著提高,该改进有效延长了设备的运行时间,减少了维护费用,提升了煤矿生产的安全性与效能水平。In the fully mechanized coal mining,hydraulic support is the core element to ensure the stable and safe production of coal mining face.Under the existing work-ing conditions,some key components of the hydraulic support are prone to failure when it is affected by the im-pact load,which in turn affects the production efficiency and safety level.In order to improve the impact resistance of hydraulic support,this paper systematically analyzes the design optimization of key components and the influencing factors and improvement methods of impact resistance of hydraulic support.Combined with the case analysis,the optimized hydraulic support has seen significant improve-ment in the impact resistance and working stability,which effectively extends the running time of the equipment,reduces the maintenance cost,and improves the safety and efficiency level of coal mine production.
