摘　　要：文章介绍了煤矿局部通风机智能化管控系统的主要功能,包括可以实现智能化变频调速、故障诊断与预警等,并设计了系统方案。系统使用的智能化采控器型号为KFAQ02,可将传感器检测的数据信息传输至采控器,随后上传到地面控制中心进行智能分析。以一键启动和变频调速为例,系统具备高度的自动化控制功能。将该系统应用到煤矿工程实践中,经过1 a的应用,发现系统各项功能取得显著成效,为企业创造了良好的效益。This paper introduces the main functions of the intelligent control system for local ventilator in coal mine,including intelligent variable frequency speed regulation,fault diagnosis,early warning,and so on,and designs the system scheme.The intelligent acquisition controller model used in the system is KFAQ02,which can transmit the data information detected by the sensor to the acquisition controller,and then upload to the ground control center for intelligent analysis.Taking one-button start and variable frequency speed regulation as examples,the system has a high degree of automatic control function.Applying the system to the coal mine engineering practice for one year,it is found that the functions of the system have achieved remarkable results and created good benefits for the enterprise.
