摘　　要：文章探讨了洗煤厂自动化系统中电缆桥架的设计原则,阐述了电缆桥架布线设计要点,包括电缆种类选择、桥架尺寸计算、布线路径规划、敷设工艺流程设计等,研究了电缆桥架配线设计要点,并对应用效果进行测试和分析,旨在为洗煤厂自动化系统电缆桥架设计与施工提供理论依据,提升系统的安全性、可靠性与可维护性。This paper discusses the design principle of cable tray in the automation system of coal washing plant,expounds the key points of cable tray routing design,including cable type selection,tray size calculation,routing path planning,laying process design,etc.It studies the key points of cable tray wiring design,tests and analyzes the application effect,aiming at providing theoretical basis for the design and construction of cable tray in the automation system of coal washing plant,and improving the safety,reliability and maintainability of the system.
